Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP)
Psychiatrists who facilitate an MHPN workshop may claim Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credit in accordance with the College’s annual CPD Program Guide. Time may be claimed for both preparation and facilitation, where participation in the activity contributes to the practitioner’s own knowledge and skills.
Australian Psychological Society (APS)
All APS members can claim 1 General Professional Development point per hour for time spent in preparing for and facilitating the workshop. Members of the College of Health Psychologists can claim 1 Specialist Professional Development point per hour for time spent in preparing for, and facilitating, the workshop. To claim points for facilitating additional workshops, psychologists must be able to produce documented evidence of new learnings for each additional workshop.
Australian College of Mental Health Nurses (ACMHN)
Facilitating this MHPN professional networking workshop earns 3 ACMHN Continuing Professional Education (CPE) points per workshop.
OT Australia
By attending this event, you may be able to claim up to 2 CPD points in Category 5 towards your Accredited Occupational Therapist Program CPD Points requirements. Check the CPD section of your AccOT manual.
Australian Association of Social Workers
Members can claim 10 CPE points per presentation hour for facilitation at one MHPN workshop only.
