Network Certificates of Attendance

Certificates of Attendance are now available for MHPN Network meetings. These documents can be used to support your evidence of continuing professional development.  Certificates will be completed and signed by Network Coordinators upon conclusion of network meetings and distributed to participants. Retrospective certificates for network meetings previously held are also available upon request. Please contact MHPN for more information.
