Veteran-Focussed Networks

MHPN is establishing and supporting veteran-focussed networks across Australia

What is a MHPN Veteran-Focussed Network?

A group of interdisciplinary mental health practitioners, who work with veterans or who are interested in learning how to better support them.  Practitioners meet four times per year in their local community, and include a mix of GPs, psychiatrists, psychologists, mental health nurses, social workers, occupational therapists and other associated mental health practitioners.

Why join a network?
• Build practitioner relations
• Improve referral pathways
• Professional development opportunities
• Peer support
