SESSION 1: Visual Journalling & Art Making

Attend this session to have fun and explore self-care through the creative flow of both pictures and words. Penelope James, who has over twenty years of experience devising and facilitating individual and group art therapy will lead the session. Please bring colouring pencils, pens and/or crayons, and a piece of paper to draw on (ideally larger than A4).
SESSION 2: Learning to Breathe (Breathwork)
When: Mon 20 May Start time: 2 pm (NSW, Qld, Vic, Tas, ACT)

In this session participants will be taken through a step-by-step complete breathing cycle that can be used to support everyday wellbeing. Breathwork expert, Christine Heart Savage will facilitate the session.
SESSION 3: Recentering & Refocusing Mindful Meditation
When: Wed 22 May Start time: 10 am (NSW, Qld, Vic, Tas, ACT)

The session will focus on quick releasing and resetting strategies between clients and end-of-day returning to self. Maxine Santich, a registered clinical psychotherapist will facilitate the session.
