MHPN Connect

1. Visit the MHPN registration page and select Register.
2. Enter your preferred email address (this will become your portal username) and complete the required fields, then select Register.
3. You will receive a verification email with the subject title: MHPN Complete Registration.
4. Select the Create a Password link within the email and follow the website prompts.
5. You will receive a confirmation email with the subject title: Welcome to the MHPN portal, which means you have successfully registered.

Important note:
Existing MHPN members who are yet to register for a member portal account should register with the email address that currently receives MHPN emails. This will ensure your existing MHPN membership information and activity displays in your member portal account when you log in, such as network memberships and contact details.

The Sign in button is located on the top right corner of the MHPN website.

Follow these steps to sign in:

1. Enter your username. This is the same email address you used to register.
2. Enter your password.

If you are unable to recall your password, select Forgot password to be emailed a link to reset it.

If you are unable to log in to your MHPN Account because you can’t recall your password, follow these steps to change your password.

1. From the Sign in page, select Forgot password.
2. Ensure your email address is correct and select Reset password.
3. You will receive an email with the subject: Request for changing your password. Click the link provided in this email.
4. Input your new password on the MHPN website, then select Reset. A green notification banner will display stating Password has been reset.

Tailor which MHPN email communications you receive by updating your preferences via your MHPN account profile under the Subscriptions tab.

If you are a network member and no longer want to receive invitations to that network’s meetings, you need to cancel your membership to the network. Open the network from your Dashboard and select the Cancel Membership button at the top right of the screen.

MHPN have a limited capacity to promote events, training or resources in our monthly eNewsletter, which is sent to our mailing list of mental health professionals.

Please note that MHPN can only consider promotional requests that meet the following criteria.

To be eligible, the event or resource must:

• provide relevant information or professional development that supports the work of mental health professionals.
• be an event, resource or training opportunity.
• align with MHPN’s objective to support multidisciplinary collaboration in the primary and community mental health sector.

If your request meets the above criteria, submit your promotional request online.
