]This small network is based in the Sutherland Shire and has a specific interest focus on women'smentalhealth. It aims to meet quarterly.
The group welcomes people of all genders who are interested in women’smentalhealth and using a gender lens in their work. Network meetings support practitioners in their work with women in the mentalhealth space; develop our sectors understanding of what a gender lens can mean for their work; encourage collaboration, networks and peer support between people who work in mentalhealth.
This network is affiliated with Women'sHealth Tasmania.
The network will aim to bring together multidisciplinary local practitioners , invite speakers for education sessions, provide a local forum for free professional development & peer support, strengthen professional relationships and enhance referral pathways between local practitioners and services.
