The National Veteran and First Responder Health Community of Practice (CoP) brings together multidisciplinary health and rehabilitation professionals with a shared interest in veteran and first responder health care delivery. Through a welcoming and supportive environment, the CoP strengthens understanding of service-related occupational exposures, their intersection with mental health and wellbeing, and the cultural factors that influence care. Meeting online every two months, members engage in guest presentations, peer discussions, de-identified case reviews, and the sharing of knowledge about programs, services, resources, and evidence-based treatment approaches that support these communities.Please note: this Community of Practice is by application only, and is open to qualified and registered practitioners, and peer support workers, who work with or have an interest in supporting military veterans (current serving or ex-serving) and/or first responders.
