After a long career in financial services, where Dr Vinita Godinho is recognised as a global leader of inclusive finance, Vinita now serves as the General Manager of Policy and Social Impact at the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Passionate about promoting good health and wellbeing for every Australian, Vinita currently wears two hats. In her role at the APS, she is responsible for ensuring the design of evidence-based policies focused on the mental health of individuals and the wider community. Alongside this role, Vinita also moonlights as the Chief Executive Officer of Financial Resilience Australia, a social enterprise focused on improving the financial health of those who are most vulnerable to experiencing financial stress.
As a Director of the Mental Health Professional Network (MHPN), Vinita chairs the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee of the MHPN Board, providing strategic direction and financial oversight to support its mission.
