Julie Middleton

Manager, Webinar Program

Julie joined MHPN in 2015 and currently holds the position of Webinar Program Manager within MHPN’s online professional development program. Julie holds a BA in Psychology and has gained extensive experience in developing education through her past roles at the RACGP, the Jean Hailes Foundation for Women, and Sydney University. 
 
Prior to joining MHPN, Julie worked for the Department of Health on a project in Southern Metropolitan Melbourne to help improve planning and service coordination among mental health service providers. Julie has also worked with Victorian rural health providers to recruit health professionals, to address workforce shortages, and to implement sustainable solutions for workforce development. 
 
Since joining MHPN Julie has developed MHPN’s Department of Health funded webinar program and worked closely with many organisations to develop partnership webinars on important topics in the areas of alcohol and other drugs (AOD), borderline personality disorder (BPD), and children’s mental health to name a few.
