After several years in the role, the Perth BPD Network’s Coordinator has stepped down, creating the opportunity for a new Coordinator to take on this leadership role.

If you are passionate about bringing together practitioners from your community with a shared interest in supporting people who live with BPD, this opportunity might be for you.

The Network provides practitioners with access to free interdisciplinary PD, networking and peer support opportunities.

Who might consider becoming the new Coordinator?

To become a Coordinator you need to:

  • be a mental health clinician based in Perth (or nearby)

  • decide when meetings will be held, and what will be the focus of each.

What support does MHPN provide?

MHPN provides:

  • financial support (to cover pre-approved meeting expenses)
  • administration services (including sending meeting invitations, managing RSVPs, helping source meeting presenters, providing attendees with Statements of Attendance)
  • strategic support to help plan meetings that are of value to network members
  • marketing support to promote the network and its meetings.

Are Coordinators paid?

The Coordinator role is unpaid, however MHPN provides funding to cover pre-approved expenses, and admin, marketing and strategic support to arrange and hold meetings.
