Alex is a family member of a loved one who has lived experience of high emotions, complex trauma, and receiving a diagnosis of BPD. As a carer for over 20 years, Alex has navigated systemic barriers and disadvantage against carers.

Today, Alex uses his experience in peer support, systems advocacy, and facilitating education about carer recovery.
