Alicia Phillips

Family Counsellor - Alcohol and Other Drugs

Alicia has worked in community health in North-East Victoria for 12 years, and within the Alcohol and Other Drugs sector for the last seven years. In the AOD sector Alicia has held roles providing individual AOD counselling, group work, and AOD outreach to communities impacted by bushfires and floods. Alicia now provides family counselling within a Family Drug Support program, alongside her role as a Specialist Family Violence advisor for AOD services in NE Victoria.

Alicia has a lived experience of addiction, as well as building a life beyond addiction. Alicia lives with her partner and two amazing daughters, and is about to complete her Master’s in Clinical Family Therapy.
