Dr David Lie

Geriatric Psychiatrist

Dr David Lie is a geriatric psychiatrist and current binational Chair of the RANZCP Faculty of Psychiatry of Old Age. David graduated in 1984 and has worked in several locations and settings across Australia, including GP Liaison and Rural Outreach.

He was Director of the Metro South Older Persons Mental Health Service in SE QLD for over twenty years. His research interests include the diagnosis of dementia and the mental health impacts of natural disasters on older adults.
