Dr Radhika Santhanam-Martin is a clinical psychologist who works in the field of trauma. She has more than two decades of experience in clinical practice in institutions in India, Canada and Australia.
In Australia, Radhika has worked in tertiary hospitals, universities and health services as a clinical consultant and senior lecturer. Currently, Radhika works in Melbourne in collaboration with organisations that work with refugees, asylum seekers, culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) groups and indigenous families.
Radhika’s major interest areas are – ways of working with cultures, attachment theory and therapeutic work, narrative methods of practice and finally, enhancing reflective capacity of practitioners through peer group supervision.
