Dr. Sarah Trobe is a Clinical Psychologist and the National Director of the National Eating Disorders Collaboration (NEDC), with extensive experience in service and system development, workforce reform, and collaborative sector partnerships. With the NEDC team, she leads the implementation of the National Eating Disorders Strategy 2023–2033 and has overseen key national initiatives including the development of the ANZAED Eating Disorder Credential, the National Framework for Eating Disorders Training, and national training approvals. Sarah’s work focuses on strengthening the workforce and improving system responses through collaboration across mental health, eating disorders, and healthcare services to deliver sustainable, evidence-based and person-centred change.
