Louise Rabbone is a registered psychologist based in Perth, Western Australia. She holds a Master of Organisational Psychology and specialises in workplace psychology, with many years of independent practice across clinical work, organisational consulting and professional training. Her work focuses on psychosocial hazard assessment, workplace mediation and conflict management, and clinical support for individuals experiencing work-related psychological injury. She supports individuals dealing with the psychological impact of workplace bullying and harassment, and advises organisations on risk management, prevention strategies and trauma-informed responses when these issues arise. Her approach combines evidence-based clinical frameworks with a strong understanding of workplace systems, balancing individual clinical needs with the organisational factors that influence recovery. She views safe and sustainable work participation as a therapeutic goal in its own right.

The Mental Health Professionals’ Network (MHPN) respectfully acknowledges the Wurundjeri and the Boonwurrung people of the Kulin nation, the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land on which our office is situated. We also acknowledge Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and pay our respects to their Elders past and present. Find out more.
