Nancy is a people focused, solutions-based senior leader with over 20 years’ experience in workplace health management, rehabilitation, and workers’ compensation industry. A psychologist and strategic leader, Nancy understands the interplay between people and performance, and is passionate about developing and implementing evidence-based best practice solutions to drive outstanding human and business outcomes. As Principal of the Support, Recovery & Systems team, Nancy overseeing all aspects of Telstra’s Self Insurance licence obligations, Health Management and Early Intervention services, 3rd party providers, and the systems and tools that support the Safety, Rehab and Claims management systems, insights, and reporting.
