Panellists have generously contributed to our CPD webinars. Please note that they are not employed by MHPN, and we are unable to contact them or provide referrals on your behalf. Please do not send us patient details.

Tammie is an Autistic ADHDer, a parent of neurodivergent children, and a dedicated advocate for systemic change. Having firsthand experience with the barriers that contribute to inaccessible schooling, she has navigated a neuro-affirming parenting journey, challenging traditional norms and forging a path that prioritizes the well-being of her family under the guidance of affirming mental health professionals.

With a strong commitment to inclusion, Tammie has mentored families facing similar challenges, contributed to the development of autism inclusion training, and trained countless organisations in workplace inclusion. She has presented at Autistic Pride Day events in Melbourne and Sydney, authored a children’s book about neurodiversity, and was recognised for her impact through a social enterprise that won a Changemaker Award in 2024.

Her experience as an elected local government member and current role in workforce development fuels her passion for creating alternative pathways for alternative thinkers. She is driven to improve employment rates, mental health, and life outcomes through proactive, inclusive approaches that recognise and celebrate neurodivergence.

The Mental Health Professionals’ Network (MHPN) respectfully acknowledges the Wurundjeri and the Boonwurrung people of the Kulin nation, the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land on which our office is situated. We also acknowledge Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and pay our respects to their Elders past and present. Find out more.
