Reconciliation Action Plan

From July 2024 to July 2025 MHPN will be undertaking our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) as endorsed by Reconciliation Australia.

MHPN are committed to utilising our position in the Australian mental health landscape to contribute, wherever possible, to improving the social and emotional wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

During the implementation of our RAP, MHPN aim to work towards better understanding the cultures, traditions and needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

The Mental Health Professionals’ Network (MHPN) respectfully acknowledges the Wurundjeri and the Boonwurrung people of the Kulin nation, the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land on which our office is situated. We also acknowledge Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and pay our respects to their Elders past and present. Find out more.
