What effects the mental health of women and gender diverse people in Tasmania? What promotes and supports it? What makes it harder to maintain good mental health?
What services and resources are accessible?
Do you want to connect with other practitioners to share what you are experiencing in your work? Hear about what others are noticing and navigating? Gain useful information, ideas, and energy from conversations that take into account how gender intersects with mental health in our state?
This is the network for you. We welcome people of all genders who are interested in women’s mental health and using a gender lens in their work.
This network is affiliated with Women’s Health Tasmania.
The network aims to meet quarterly to bring together multidisciplinary local practitioners, invite speakers for education sessions, provide a local forum for free professional development & peer support, strengthen professional relationships and enhance referral pathways between local practitioners and services. New members are always welcome! Join us to stay informed and be part of future gatherings.
