Dr Dielle Felman is a Consultant Psychiatrist who has dedicated her career to occupational psychiatry and to helping ill and injured workers to return to work safely and sustainably.
Director of Work Life Well, Dielle works with a team of like-minded occupational psychiatrists across various domains, including treating injured workers, consulting to insurers, employers and regulatory bodies, and providing training to doctors and allied health professionals.
Current appointments include treating psychiatrist in private practice, In-situ Psychiatrist at the Australian Taxation Office, Company Medical Officer at AIA Australia and MLC, Clinical Panel Member of the Transport Accident Commission, lecturer in occupational medicine and clinical coach.
Dielle’s diverse roles give her unique insights into the issues, challenges and opportunities in the occupational health space, better equipping her to provide support across the continuum (from injury prevention to entrenched incapacity) and assist individuals, treaters, employers and insurers to achieve enhanced outcomes with respect to wellbeing, recovery and return to good work.
