Dr Liz Coventry

Dr Liz Coventry is a child and adolescent psychiatrist and psychotherapist who specializes in perinatal and infant mental health.

She works at Helen Mayo House – the statewide in-patient service for mothers with severe mental illness and their infants. In addition, she works at Thrive – a program for young people in Adelaide’s west who have a severe mental illness – and at the local Refugee Health Service. Much of Dr Coventry’s work involves addressing early relational and attachment based traumas psychotherapeutically with vulnerable families.
