Dr May Su is a General Practitioner, GP Supervisor and Academic Lead at Health Education and Training Higher Education, Master of Psychiatric Medicine Program.
In addition to the breadth of general practice, Dr Su has specific interests in complex care, mental health, womens’ health, sexual health and children, including psychotherapeutic supports and care for these groups.
Dr Su is interested in preventative health and passionate about improved community education and awareness. She has developed and facilitated several educational seminars on several health-related issues to the public and at a professional level. These have included issues on mental health early childhood health and development, post-natal anxiety and depression, and family abuse and violence. She coordinates and facilitates teaching for the Masters of Psychiatric Medicine Program, HETI Higher Education and for specialised skills training in post graduate mental health.
