Rachel is a Sydney-based clinical psychologist who specialises in the treatment of body image and eating disorders.
Rachel completed a Bachelor of Psychology with first class Honours at the University of Sydney and a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney. She completed her PhD, which examined the impact of social media on body image in young women.
A published author of peer-reviewed journal articles and guest lecturer, Rachel has presented her research on social media and body image internationally and appeared in media outlets worldwide.
In addition to her clinical work treating body image dissatisfaction and disordered eating, Rachel is passionate about helping young girls and women develop positive body image.
