Panellists have generously contributed to our CPD webinars. Please note that they are not employed by MHPN, and we are unable to contact them or provide referrals on your behalf. Please do not send us patient details.

Dragan was born in Sydney, raised in New Zealand and now lives again in Sydney. He is an experienced psychotherapist and runs Creating Differently, a service committed to therapeutic support for adults who have survived complex childhood trauma. He is also passionate about the education of health professionals and services in understanding complex trauma and implementing Trauma Informed Practice, and works throughout Australia as a trainer for organisations like Adults Surviving Child Abuse and the Mental Health Coordinating Council of NSW.

As a survivor of complex childhood trauma himself, with the physical and mental health challenges that ensued, Dragan was inspired to begin his psychotherapy training in 2004 at the Human Development and Training Institute in Auckland, NZ. In the years since he has studied complex trauma and worked with a trauma informed recovery focus with residential groups, couples and individuals from extensive trauma backgrounds.

The Mental Health Professionals’ Network (MHPN) respectfully acknowledges the Wurundjeri and the Boonwurrung people of the Kulin nation, the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land on which our office is situated. We also acknowledge Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and pay our respects to their Elders past and present. Find out more.
