Katie Dobinson is a Clinical Psychologist based in Sydney, Australia. Katie is currently based at The Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety and Depression (CRUfAD) and THIS WAY UP at St Vincent’s Public Hospital, Sydney. In her role here she provides Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to adults presenting with a range of anxiety disorders and co-morbid depressive symptoms, in addition to supporting consumers and clinicians integrating digital mental health into their practice, using the evidence-based online treatment programs developed by THIS WAY UP.
Katie also works one day a week in a private practice, where she provides treatment to older teens and adults. She provides interventions in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy depending on the individual client’s needs.
Katie has a strong research and clinical interest in the treatment of anxiety disorders across the lifespan.
