Ms. Nina Grillo has been in the Social Work profession for 18 years. She began her work in the area of addiction, practicing as a Youth Alcohol and other Drug counsellor before pursuing her passion to work in Women’s Health. Nina currently works as a Social Worker in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Royal Women’s Hospital, Melbourne and has been actively in this role for 8 years. Nina has been providing counselling and support to families who have a premature or sick baby and continues to love the challenges that this role presents. Drawing from her wealth of experience and professional training Nina uses a variety of techniques and frameworks in her practice such as CBT, mindfulness and grief and loss principles.
