Professor Kirsty Douglas is a GP and primary care academic based at the Australian National University in Canberra.

She is passionate about the value of general practice and primary care in a sustainable, equitable and high quality health care system and training the next generation of health care professionals. In addition she is currently President of the Australasian Association of Academic Primary Care.
