Ruby Warber

Ruby Warber (she/her) is a proud Noongar woman and a highly accomplished clinical psychologist currently serving as the National Manager, First Nations Wellbeing & Healing at headspace. Originally from rural Western Australia, Ruby has dedicated her career to improving the social and emotional wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Her professional journey includes extensive clinical work at the Victorian Aboriginal Health Service (VAHS), where she focused on trauma-informed care and delivering the “Koori Kids” and Adult Social Emotional Wellbeing programs. A leader in Indigenous mental health, Ruby’s expertise is backed by a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from Australian Catholic University (ACU) and a Master of Science in Global Population Health from the London School of Economics (LSE), which she attended as a Roberta Sykes scholar. In her current national leadership role, she bridges clinical practice with health policy to design and implement healing-centred frameworks that ensure culturally safe mental health support for First Nations youth across Australia.
