Dr Samantha McLeod has over 23 years’ experience as a private practitioner in multidisciplinary settings.
She is currently the founder and practice director of The SAM Centre in Preston West since 2009, and the senior project officer, professional services, private practice at The Australian Psychological Society.
Samantha’s speciality areas include clinical health and mental health psychology, gifted psychology, as well as sport and exercise psychology with children, adolescents and adults.
Prior to founding The SAM Centre, Samantha ran a private practice at Alphington Sports Medicine Clinic and Heidelberg Osteopathic Clinic and was a clinical panel psychology consultant for TAC and WorkSafe for over a decade.
She has combined private practice work with peak body consultancy, various sporting team appointments, and multidisciplinary guest lecturing at Latrobe University and the University of Melbourne in the schools of Public Health, Physiotherapy and Medicine.
