Sarah Johnson is an independent consultant, facilitator, and coach with extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, and multi-sector collaboration.
Informed by more than 20 years in community sector service delivery and leadership roles in crisis counselling, youth mentoring and family violence, Sarah engages a broad range of stakeholders in working together to find solutions to complex issues.
Recognised for integrity in relationships Sarah specialises in cross sector workshops, partnership negotiation, leadership development, stakeholder consultation and strategic planning.
Sarah’s work as an independent consultant builds on eight years as a Family Violence Principal Strategic Advisor where she was recognised across Victoria for her collaborative leadership and workforce development and capacity building expertise. She was the inaugural Executive Officer for the Victorian Youth Mentoring Alliance providing leadership and expertise to ensure the development of quality youth mentoring programs across Victoria.
Sarah is passionate about facilitating collaborative, focused spaces where individuals, teams and organisations can move through complexity to achieve their goals.
