Andy (he/they) is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW), Social Work Clinical Educator, and experienced leader providing consultation and supervision to LGBTIQA+ peer-based not-for-profit organisations. Andy provides EMDR and other specialised therapeutic supports at Prideworthy, working with LGBTIQA+ and neurodivergent individuals, with a focus on improving community health through lived-experience-informed care. Committed to advancing equality, equity and inclusion across professional and community settings, Andy brings an international social work perspective, having completed BSW and MSW qualifications and practised in the United States, and now proudly calls Australia home.
