Head of Finance and Business Services and Company Secretary

Mal is a CPA-qualified finance leader with over 30 years’ experience across not-for-profit and membership-based organisations. He has a practical, hands-on approach to financial management, with experience across budgeting and forecasting, audit and risk, workforce costing, and the management of government and philanthropic funding.

Known for his calm and pragmatic style, Mal focuses on building strong systems and capable teams, while ensuring finance functions support MHPN’s broader goals.
