Rachael Heaton

Rachael has been working in health promotion for the past 14 years in not-for-profit organisations across various settings including alcohol and other drugs, chronic disease, community development, and sport. Rachael has significant experience leading teams to develop, deliver and evaluate evidence-informed health promotion programs that focus on improving the health outcomes of individuals and communities.  In her role at MHPN, Rachael will draw on her strategic leadership and stakeholder management skills to lead the Networks Program team to deliver a robust and values-driven program that supports mental health professionals nationally.
