Morton is a GP practising in Melbourne and is the Chair of the Victoria Faculty and the National Faculty of Specific Interests. Morton has extensive experience in general practice medical education at all levels, including as a general practice supervisor and medical educator.

Rosie is the Senior Department Manager for Practice, Policy and Partnerships, at the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP). Her role at the RANZCP focuses on the strategic development and implementation of policy to advance the professional practice of psychiatry and improve the mental health of the community.
