How to get the most out of this recording
This session comprises several sections.
Firstly, an overview of the field of social isolation and loneliness by Dr James Ibrahim and J. R. Baker (approx 30 minutes).
Viewers are then provided the opportunity to pause the video and review six case vignettes. These case vignettes were discussed in the breakout rooms during the live activity broadcast. While the breakout rooms were not recorded, the key learnings from the moderated discussions are covered in the final and concluding section of the recording.
After viewing this recording, you will:

a better understanding of how interdisciplinary collaborative care can contribute to better outcomes for people who are experiencing social isolation and/or loneliness.
